Problem and War. A poem

A poem

In darkness cast by the fires of quarrel,
A tale unfolds of a turbulent life.
Upon the stage, where mayhem reigns,
War’s bitter echo, its affecting pressures.
A canvas painted with shades so dark,
In the movie theater of problem, a ruthless spark.
Soldiers march with hearts heavy, burdened,
Their tales etched in marks, courage solidified.
Beneath the moon, where stars when beamed,
The combat zone, where hopes are deemed.
Silhouettes dance in the moonlit radiance,
A haunting waltz of good friend and opponent.
Banners tremble in the gusts of despair,
As battle ravages land, a globe is laid bare.
The drumbeats echo, a balanced lament,
For every single life shed, a heart’s descent.
In trenches dug deep,
where courage resides,
Valor and anxiety in the soldiers’ eyes.
The taste of dirt, the scent of dread,
War’s bitter banquet, where splits are shed.
Yet, in the darkness, a glimmer might be discovered,
A yearning for tranquility, on solemn ground.
An appeal for unity, a cry to discontinue,
To transform the battleground into fields of peace.
For battle, a poet’s pen can’t heal,
But allow these words an enthusiastic message send.
In knowledgeables woven with discomfort and sadness,
May humanity locate a brighter tomorrow.
